Someone tried to buy him in the Dog Park
You can’t a dog as good as this for L$1.
DUH!
We got a new dog tonight! A Portuguese Water Dog. Apparently there is some famous and important bloke in America that got one for his family.
We call them the Porties becauise Portuguese Water Dog is a bit of a mouthful and because the other abbreviation, PWD, means Print Working Directory in Unix and Portie makes them sound more cute cuddly than Unix.
Rico made the dog of course and Dad made the animations for when you pet him and Blu did a lot of work on the poses which make him look so cute. Logan didn’t do anything… but there are no surprises there, I guess.
Today Karys Aarde passed the exam to be a VKC Proven Trainer (even though she broke the dog in the middle of the test). We all went to the Isle of Dogs to take her photograph.
From left to right: Logan, Me, Paula Chunes, Karys Aarde, Victoria VKC, Rosanna Himmel, Blu Sparkle.
And Paula took a close up of me, yayyyyyy!
Now we’re going to throw Karys in the lake (-:
Buckley Moonwall came to play at Turing Isle in the training area. Not with his dog you understand, but with his guitar! We gave him a stack of booze and a little stage…
…and he played guitar and sang and played the harmonica… I kept shouting for him to play “Walk This Way” but everyone else was shouting louder than me, which is, even if I say it myself, unusual…
…and people came and danced and cheered and threw money…
…and Marlene howled a lot. She was having a good time too.
Buckley Moonwall is superb, call up Charmm Magic and book him now!
Blu and Cazaluff and Me and Logan and Ebi and Paula went out for a trip to the seaside. We stopped for lunch at a little place by the docks and Cazaluff got into an argument with some bloke who had a wooden leg and a hook for his arm. Well, it turned out that he knew some people who knew a bloke that wanted some new staff to help with his boat…
…and the next thing you know, here we all are, clapped in irons, sitting on a wooden bench with a large oar in our hands…
Well, I don’t mind telling you that it took quite a bit of fast talking to get us out of this one. Except for Cazaluff, she had to stay a bit longer, they had a special job for her.
This is my mate Austin. Nice chap, doctor of something unutterably clever, works at the university don’t you know? Butter wouldn’t melt in his mouth, right?
Wrong.
Get This.
Easter Sunday, Austin and Austin’s Missus go off to visit friends for lunch. That morning the said friend finds a rabbit on the side of the road, killed by being struck by a car just moments before. Friend picks up bunny (paws still warm to the touch) and puts him in the boot (trunk). Said friend takes said, dead bunny home, cooks him and serves as lunch to Austin and Mrs Austin.
So, if you missed seeing the Easter Bunny this year were wondering what had happened, Austin ate him that’s what.
.
Personally, i’m not sure if that is strictly roadkill grill, if you didn’t kill it yourself, isn’t that carrion?
I am practising my moody photography. This is the new Windmill and Water Tower that Blu brought to the Isle of Dogs.
I am sure you all know this, but just in case you are still living under a stone, or on a beach or somewhere, the Isle of Dogs is the Virtual Kennel Club’s three-sim Dog Park, next to the two Turing Isles. In the background you can see the lovely Turing Isle II where you can buy or rent a place for you and your dogs to live.
The Water Tower and Windmill are made by Alir Flow. If you want one, you can get them from: Alirium Gardens.
Isle of Dogs is owned by Enrico Genosse and was built by Blu Sparkle. If you want one you’ll probably need to stump up a lot of cash. See Blu. (-:
