Hold onto your chips chaps… the gulls are back!

I am sure you will remember with much mirth, my recent story of my attempt to get a new blog for Logan at the place where it turned out that they were only open on Sundays…

“We are open for Sunday only, blog registration only accept signup on Sunday.
Currently we are only accept user for signup.“

Well, I waited until Sunday and went back again. Dutifully I filled in the form once more and waited for the confirmation email. When it arrived, I clicked on the link to confirm my account.

“Sorry, you are not allowed to signup.”

So it’s official. Blogates blows goats.
Whatever that means.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, which is not a very good place to live, because there are usually a lot of creepy crawly things under rocks and even if you are a creepy crawly thing, it’s still not a great place to live because other animals and people know that you live under there and when they run out of pizza, they will come and dig you out and eat you.

But I digress, unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last couple of weeks, you will know that the Virtual Kennel Club is celebrating its Fourth Anniversary in SL this weekend and there are parties and prize draws in the Dog Parks.

So this, as you will all know, is the great Mr. Tone Uriza. He came over to do some stratocastering and generally letting the good times roll.

This is my friend Roe Woodford, I think her hair has been hacked.

I took Logan to the clinic to have her updated but it wasn’t very long before this happened.
Still, you have to look on the bright side I guess, at least it’s only one eye this time. Last time it was both.
So that’s only a semi-fail, or depending on your point of view… a semi success (-:

Logan has been a bit grumpy grouchy down in the dumps recently, so I thought I’d help cheer her up by making a web site with all her favourite links to texture site and blender tutorials and so on and I thought later she could maybe even add one or two of her own. She’s really crap at organising her browser bookmarks you see, and she tried del.icio.us but she was even worse at that. So I had this crackin’ idea about how I could get one of those AdSense things going and if anyone else ever looked at her site, they might click on some arroway adverts and maybe we’d make some pizza money on the side.

Well can you imagine my surprise when I carefully filled in the form and the captcha and everything and the pages reloads and says:

Laugh? I nearly fell off me shoulder pet. And I’ve still got a sore throat from breathing in my own flames.

Sundays?! Only on Sundays?! WTF? This is the Interweb! It’s open all day and all night dammit!
